Rainforest National Park
Cape Tribulation Spa
Cape Tribulation Spa is not completed yet,
but you can already come and see us for a massage !
Massage at
Rainforest Hideaway currently available only on Sunday and Monday, on
other days see Delphina at her Mossman studio, Email
Delphina for more info or visit her website for a massage
in Mossman.

When completed you will find Cape Tribulation Spa located
within Rainforest Hideaway B&B and just as this is not your average
B&B, the spa will also be not your average spa.
Rainforest Hideaway B&B is a low impact place where
cabins are blended in to the ancient rainforest with minimal clearing
and disturbance, solar panels provide electricity, and local and recycled
materials are used as much as possible in the construction, giving the
place a natural earthy feel.

Two Easter Island Moai guard the entrance
Cape Tribulation Spa will follow the same philosophy and
will not have the grandeur, sterile feeling and use of resources that
most spas around the world have, it will have a peaceful rainforest
setting and an ecologically sensible use of resources, a tru eco-spa.
City slickers that can not handle this will get the same advice as our
B&B guests that can not live without hair dryers and microwave ovens;
feel free to go elsewhere!
We can recommend several other resorts and spas in the Daintree area
where you will find what you need.

Currently Rainforest Hideaway does not offer massage,
if you would like a massage now you can see Delphina in her new Mossman
Studio.
Treat yourself to a peaceful healing massage with Delphina, or a Hawaiian
hot stone massage, gem therapy or a cleansing salt scrub.
See
Delphina's website for more info and her new location in Mossman.

Aloha Lomi Lomi ili ili Wela is a unique Hawaiian massage technique,
using warm basalt ocean stones to massage with and lay on your
body. Combined with hands-on healing and organic coconut oil this
therapeutic massage deeply relaxes muscles, nerves and organs
- balancing the mental and emotional state of your body. This
effect increases blood circulation and loosens muscle tissue -
stimulating a resurgence of energetic flow within the body.
Lomi Lomi symbolically means ‘to communicate energetically
deep with the soul’, whilst Aloha translates to ‘presence
(alo) of the divine breath’ (ha). These two elements are
combined to replenish the life force, nurturing the mind, body
and soul - releasing the old and opening to the new flow.
Delphina can include crystals and semi-precious stones, sound
waves and essential oils in this soul-soothing treatment to harmonise
the body and balance the chakras.
Delphina is trained in the ancient art of laying on of stones
and other techniques. She has studied at the Crystal Academy of
Advanced Healing Arts in Hawaii and is a qualified Reiki practitioner
& Massage therapist. She has been giving massages and crystal
healings since 1991.
See Delphina's website
for more info.
