As Cape Tribulation has no mains electricity this house runs on solar power which rules out the use of airconditioners. In summer fans are provided but the rainforest with its massive evaporation of water works as a natural airconditioner and keeps everything cool.
In most of Cape Tribulation mobile phones do not work, only out on the point on the Cape or out on the ocean, more info here.

Tourism in Cape Tribulation is very seasonal and from June to September but especially July and August advance booking is highly recommended as all Cape Tribulation accommodation will be full..
During peak season the reeftrips are often booked several days in advance as well so to avoid disappointment you might like to book these with me before your arrival.

For all your enquiries please use the form below to check availability or phone 07-40980108 or from overseas, ring 61-7-40980108.

For enquiries and bookings please use our booking form to ensure all required information is sent, you will then receive a confirmation. This form may look a bit official but it saves a lot of time as otherwise often incomplete details are sent which can lead to misunderstandings and mix-ups in bookings.
