Cape Tribulation has no mains electricity and this house runs on solar power which rules out the use of airconditioners. In summer fans will be placed in the rooms but the rainforest with its massive evaporation of water works as a natural airconditioner and keeps everything cool.
Be prepared to fully escape the real world and any work commitments as in most of Cape Tribulation mobile phones do not work, only out on the point on the Cape or out on the ocean, more info here.

Be aware that tourism in Cape Tribulation is very seasonal and from June to September but especially July and August all Cape Tribulation accommodation will most likely be full so advance booking is highly recommended ..
During peak season the reeftrips are often booked several days in advance as well so to avoid disappointment you might like to book these before your arrival.

For enquiries and bookings please use our booking form to ensure all required information is sent, you will then receive a confirmation.
