Please read through our booking and cancellation policy below;

I know it all sounds a bit official but it helps to avoid misunderstandings and confusion.

Booking policy:

When booking through an agent (such as Booking.com, Agoda, Wotif etc.) full payment is required at the time of booking.
For direct bookings rooms will be held upon receipt of;

Credit card details ( number, exp.date and CCV) Visa and Mastercard only, no AMEX.
You can submit your credit card details securely via our booking system Beds24
You can also email or phone them through if you prefer.

WE DEDUCT YOUR CARD FOR THE FULL AMOUNT 4 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK IN. SO IF YOU CHOOSE TO CANCEL WITHOUT ANY CHARGES, PLEASE CANCEL WELL WITHIN THIS TIME FRAME.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations up to 4 days before arrival: no charge, or refund if already paid, but $10 administration fee retained.

Cancellations less than 4 days before arrival: full amount charged. If we can re-book the room a 90% refund can be made.

No-show: full amount charged.

For larger bookings, multiple rooms and/or stays longer than four days stricter conditions may apply as it will be harder to re-book rooms at short notice.

The above cancellation times are calculated from 14:00PM which is check-in time.
